Strength & Muscle Method

The strength & muscle method with Anthony is structured towards building a most muscular physique you desire. Similarly to Anthony’s functional fitness method, the following is included in the programme (see below):

  • 1) Foundational Assessment

    A foundational assessment is conducted to figure out your beginning point.

  • 2) Achievement Setting

    In the next step we recognise the physique and strength you wish to obtain whereby we also include metrics for fulfilment

  • 3) Goal Mapping

    From here we determine a plan of action that will require weekly and monthly targets

  • 4) Organised Sessions

    Each and every workout session is devised so that they take into consideration your starting point and where you want to be in the medium to longer term.

  • 5) Tailored Nutritional Guidance

    No professional fitness programme would be complete without tailored nutritional guidance. This is crucial to recognise, as your strength, energy and ability to add lean muscle is governed largely by this. If this component is not in check, progress can be slower or even stagnate entirely.

  • 6) Lifestyle Adjustments

    Embarking on the strength & muscle method programme thankfully does not mean giving up your social life and locking yourself away in the weight room. We discuss simple changes that keep you on track for success without major disruptions to your work, family and social life.

  • 7) Quantifying your progress

    We look to quantify your progress with the metrics outlined in our Achievement Setting meeting.

  • 8) Goal Recognition

    We recognise that your goal achievement is a true reflection of the hard work and consistency you put in and outside of the Gym. Anthony is with you every step of the way.
