With a lifetime of experience and knowledge of the principles of strength and muscle building, Anthony is well positioned to helping the people of Edinburgh achieve their fitness goals.

Whether you are a complete beginner to the weight room or a more seasoned gym goer who has hit a plateau in training, Anthony works with you closely to tailor a bespoke fitness regime that will help you realise your potential much faster.

Personal training is more than just a 45 min session on the gym floor. The accountability extends far beyond that time, offering support and check ins weekly to guide you every step along the way of your fitness journey.

Sessions educate you on the fundamentals of mobility, stretching and sustainable resistance training so that these can be carried with you for the long term, delivering high quality, educational coaching sessions.
