I work with individuals from many different backgrounds and my style of coaching is suitable for both men and women, beginner to intermediate levels who want to train in a way that is sustainable, safe and with a clear path to progression.
Training with me does not have to mean bulking up and training like a strongman or a bodybuilder (unless that is what you want to do!). My coaching style covers a broad spectrum of areas that appeal to most people.
These include functional movements that promote better posture and body mechanics, weight loss for losing a few extra pounds and toning up, strength training, hybrid training (combination of strength and hypertrophy), injury prevention all to name just a few.
